After paying the fees, your information is registered in our system and a few days before the courses you will be reached on WhatsApp , but if you still feel worried you can call 0901-6242446 on WhatsApp.
If a specific time is mentioned in your course information, let’s say September , it means; the course starts sometime in September, that’s as soon as we have enough people to start the course.
If a specific time is not mentioned, the course starts whenever there are enough people to start the course.Then you will be called and informed of the details.
If you ask for a refund up to 48 hours before the beginning of the course, you will get a full refund but later than that you will get no refunds. You can choose another course to take ( you can do this only once) or have the initial course at another time that suits you.
No, we consider it unprofessional hence we don’t do it.
If you call later than the time assigned to you, that time will be deducted from your session. But if the counsellor starts the session with delay they should compensate for that.
Our online courses are not recorded , this means if you are absent you will miss that session.
Ofcourse at the beginning of each session, previous session is briefly reviewed. But it will be short, since too much revision might bore other participants who have already learned the previous topic.
If a session is cancelled due to bad internet connection or by the specialists, there will be a make up session asap.
